YOUR CAPTAIN
Håkon has dedicated his entire career to fishing in the Barents Sea, and now he is using his knowledge to provide our customers with an exceptional experience in the Arctic.
As a captain, Håkon has to ensure that the passengers are safe and comfortable throughout the journey. He is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the boat, ensuring that it is in excellent condition for every trip. He also has to keep a close eye on the weather conditions and adjust the route accordingly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable ride for the passengers.
Being a captain of a passenger boat in North Norway is a unique and exciting experience. The stunning scenery, wildlife, and the opportunity to meet people from all over the world make it a fulfilling and enriching career. Håkon takes great pride in his work and is passionate about providing his passengers with an unforgettable experience in the Arctic.

The fjords around Norway are home to a diverse range of marine life, including herring, cod, and seals. ORCA DIVING INSTRUCTOR
Our instructor Nick has been diving for 10 years and working as a professional diver for 9 of them.
During this time, he has dived, and worked, through the Pacific Islands, Australia, South-East Asia, Scandinavia, and the Mediterranean.
He is a technical diver and instructor fascinated by underwater ecosystems, and caves.
Over the passed 10 years of diving, he has been part of scientific diving work with Project Manta, Reef Check, Humpbacks and High Rises, The Gold Coast Sea Slug Census, Leopard Shark research and Grey Nurse Shark research.
Nick is passionate about combining the technical skills of diving with exposure to the natural beauty below the surface.
